  • Pre-Order: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 weeks. 
  • Read productions descriptions to know if its Pre-Made or a Pre-Order!
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and chosen shipping method.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Eligibility: Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team for further instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. 
  • Exclusions: Certain items, such as final sale items or items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
